Description
There are many types of valves which are widely used especially in the greatest applying field for oil and gas industry. The cemented carbide valve ball & seat and valve disk are be widely used to valve in various tube-type, rod-type oil suction pump and oil pipeline due to their high hardness, wear and corrosion resistance as well as good anti-compression and thermal shock characters with a high pumping effect and a long pump check cycle for raising and transportation of sand, gas and wax containing thick oil from tilted wells.
Tungsten carbide discs arrangement provide robust and repeatable flow control in all conditions.Tungsten carbide control discs can protect downstream from erosion.The tungsten carbide valve disk and body sleeves are widely used in the choke valve and control valve to control the fluid volume and pressure accurately. It’s required to have superior corrosion & erosion resistance and high precision control. The most popular grade for valve disk is CR05A, which has performed very well in application of valves.
