Tungsten carbide pegs/pins for sand mills

Tungsten carbide peg is one of the most important part in the sand mill machine, it has high wear resistance, corrosion resistance and impact resistance. Carbide pins are mainly used for coatings, inks, pigments and dyes and other oil-based, water-based production equipment.

The sand mill accessories such as carbide pins, dispersion discs, turbines, dynamic and static rings, grinding rotors are made of cemented carbide with high wear resistance, high hardness, high strength, cemented carbide material is not easy to break with good installation and maintenance, no metal pollution, good heat dissipation performance, high grinding efficiency and other characteristics.

It can be customized according to customer requirements, and is suitable for grinding with different viscosities from micron to nano level, which improves the dispersion grinding effect.

Tungsten carbide pegs include two types:

1, The main body and threaded parts are all made of tungsten carbide material, known as solid tungsten carbide peg.

2, The main body is tungsten carbide, and the threaded part is made of stainless steel material (such as stainless steel 316 or 304 steel), which is called a welded carbide peg; The selection of welding flux includes copper welding and silver welding, each with different properties.
